The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies as all items are handmade and not mass produced.

Please allow at least 3-10 business days for all made to order items, 2 business days for ready to ship items,  and up to 3-6 weeks for preorders and customs - sometimes more time is needed to ship certain fabrics in or because of high order volume (especially after a sale!). Any orders placed after 6pm CST will be rolled over into the next business day for TAT.  If you need expedited shipping for an item please contact us first to arrange the order OR use the Priority Mail Upgrade (if available).

Free shipping is provided for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!

If you choose local free shipping and you are not local, you will be sent an additional invoice for the correct shipping amount and your order will not be created until the shipping invoice is paid.

All orders of $75+ (before discounts and taxes) receive complimentary free shipping within the USA.

All other orders outside of the USA will have normal shipping rates based on weight of final package and customer is responsible for any import, tax, or VAT fees.
